Every child blooms, in their own time…
About Tulip Montessori
Tulip Montessori provides a nurturing and stimulating parent and child playgroup for 0-3 years and a workshop program tailored for children 3-6 years based on the Montessori method. We also offer a comprehensive workshop program to support parents in understanding and fostering their children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
I aim to create an educational, safe, hygienic environment catering to every child’s needs. Additionally, Tulip Montessori is committed to offering guidance and support to families as they prepare for the birth of their child or navigate the challenges of adjusting to a new country and culture while raising their children.

As Rumi Said; ‘If light is in your heart, you will find your way home.’’
In the words of Maria Montessori, “The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.”
My journey of self-discovery began as a Montessori educator, where I saw firsthand how this method helps children find their own inner light. By creating an environment that nurtures each child’s potential, we can guide them toward a lifetime of learning and fulfilment.
Today, we perceive the world as a vast, singular community because our primary aim is to instill in children and ourselves the understanding that human life is universal and our choices impact everyone. We are interdependent; no one can detach themselves from this interconnected community.
A definition of community is a group of people with different social and family conditions who come together to improve the physical, mental, social, and moral health of its members. The playgroup is also a kind of community.
The family is certainly the most elemental and generally found community; for the child, it is the first community concerning time and importance.
In the past, the family fulfilled all human necessities. In the recent past, the family was a hospital, school, nursing home, and infant community; everything was performed in one house. Now, it is impossible to have all this work done only by the family, so we give many of these duties to society, which serves many functions that the family formerly did.
There are different reasons why it may be desirable for a child to attend some type of formal community before three years old;
Single/only children – The size of the family is diminishing, and many families have only one child, so playgroups will give these children a chance to interact regularly with other young children.
Helps separation of mother and child – a professional situation will help the mother and child have a positive separation as a first step.
Human beings need to be together – To do this in the best possible way, each person should care for herself and those immediately around her, and, by doing this, care for the world.
The migration phenomenon – It may affect children and their families, and providing effective guidance to children and parents will help them experience these processes more smoothly.

“…we must create an environment for the child wherein the child can carry out its experiments, an environment in which he finds the possibilities of carrying on his activities without being all the time chased away by adults. A sort of nursery world, a world made for the child. It is this which Montessori Schools aim at. There is a world of difference between the ordinary school where the idea is to teach the child, and ours where there is an environment of life for the child.”

Baby Playgroup
Babies start socializing and exploring the world from the moment they are born. Through their active experiences, children grow physically, socially, and emotionally every day. The first four years of a child’s life are a time of rapid development. As mothers and children recover from the stress of birth, we bring together five babies in an environment designed according to the Montessori Method for ages 0-12 months.
Infant Playgroup
Children are born with an innate drive to learn and explore. They thrive when provided with an environment suitable for their developmental level. An attractive, meaningful, and orderly environment is particularly beneficial for children. In our infant playgroup, we apply the general principles of the Montessori method. These principles include respect for the child, creating a prepared environment, allowing free choice, following the child, recognising sensitive periods, and enabling freedom of movement.
